Taking it in

You see the good in the bad

and the bad in the good

the happy in the sad

the sad in the mad

Frustration in the angry

Darkness in light

Hope in the morning

and love in the night

Highs in the lows

Smiles in the frowns

sadness in the laughter 

around and around

I only see two sides

One black one white

Negative is my view

Who`s wrong and who`s right

[Coyote Poetry]

Negative may lead you in the wrong direction. I try to see the bright side to life. Ain't easy sometimes. Opposite are in all things. I believe we need to try to hold on to the good things and memories. A powerful poem. Made me think this early morning.
