My physical body is sitting here, glad my mind decided to join too.
Sometimes I disassociate and it SUCKS!!!!!
But then I look at my hands, my limbs, and digest that they are attached to me and I move on.
For now I feel okay and I wanted to highlight that.
Relish in this moment because the good feeling moments are.....
