this poem truly shows the emotion that is hidden inside of me begging and wearing away at me to rear its ugly face

Nothing I can do
not a word is spoken
only a tear sheds
let this tear be my action
don’t listen to my words
trying hard not to put my feelings in the way
I can’t look away
I can’t step back
but only hold my breath
until you come around
I wish I could scream out my feelings
tell you exactly how I feel
but just knowing I don’t deserve you
stops me from trying
but you will always be
the love of my life and nothing can change it
