this poem is about the one girl who i want to tell more than anything that i love her

My love runs so deep
I am drowning
without a will to stay afloat
I splash and flounder
trying to get you see
how hard it is to show
you that true love is
easier said than shown
sometimes with my head way below
the surface
I think to give up
but when I try I know
that it is not possible
to forget you
it’s not possible to move on
with my head so blurred
by the vibrant waves of the
water
I am cascaded back up above
and instantly I know
never to give up
loving someone
who is the real deal
