DisillusionA Poem by gabiaimee
To love is so startling it leaves...
Tightly sealed mouths in embrace. Blinding luminous windows. Uneven ripples in her core. Brazen beastmarks on hands. Tear stains on her cheeks. Desperate snakes infuse more poison. Her hero in the mirror has become immune. Disillusionment. The same hurried fanatical whisper. Screaming sentences. Reticent song of her opinion. Suppression of her view, darkly veiled from the whiteness. Force feeding her reticent mournful dirge. Nourishing his dominance. Raised written memories on her wrists. Rimy feet, frozen shoulders. A petrified soul learns to free herself. Turn the imminent into the stupefaction. The choice of all oblivious is paradise. Blind to hands, pale knuckles and calloused fingertips. Deaf to begging screams. Tasteless to salted plasma. Numb to all, however, disenchantment reigns. He growled incoherently. She wakes. © 2014 gabiaimeeFeatured Review
