It does nothing.

Worry changes nothing.

It does not stop the skies from raining.
It does not postpone the presentation.
It does not do your homework for you.
it does not get you that promotion.
It does not make them like you back.

A very simple yet powerful piece of writing. Full of shocking truths. We all keep worrying about something or the other constantly, knowing that it will not help our situation. It might even make it worse.
I like the last line especially...the way you have ended with the words how worrying. It shoes the irony of the poem.
