I sit and reflect on the one person who inspires me most and has always loved me. My mother,(Queen Yvette).

Guided raised A son like me

told me greatness awaited me

see my heart, when I squinted to peak

Truly God has blessed you Gary

strong, black, woman definition of a mother to me

since the age of nine she's been legendary

Taking care of her family only asking God for help

not rich financially, instead wealthy  

kindheartedly

By her connection with the most high

alot of single mother's couldn't relate

she always put others first no debate

Kind but firm by her statements

my mother, my hero, my queen

A leader she was born to be

inspiration is her giving gift continually

As God guided her 

spiritually

She guided me mentally

and disciplined me physically

many adjectives describe her beauty and intellect

Still she only ask's for respect

love, loyalty, honor
