Like bubble wrap and eggplant.

Like bubble wrap and eggplant.

A Poem by Gaston Villanueva
"

self-explanatory

"

Like bubble wrap and eggplant.

                Coke fizz and meth,ods.

Oceans of disco hidden behind what used to be a cacao harvester’s stick figure drawings

As if reasons justified plots like this.

Ww2 American soldier when the war was over: boy, that was a whole lotta gin and Jews, baby.

Expired egg nog was left in the bunker.

           Hounds. Get the hounds.

Connotations, fragile connotations. So fragile that ice beats it at arm wrestling and eats Junior Mints. Because these are connotations, fragile connotations. So fragile that ice beats it at arm wrestling and eats Junior Mints. Because these are connotations, fragile connotations.

A queen bee looks at a thermometer and gets Freddy Mercury poisoning.

           Oi vey.

Like bubble wrap and eggplant.

Hens in a cage stare at their new eggs.

                Digging holes and

                                planting eggs.

Outdoor reruns of Cake Boss without driftwood.

Tensions build and [cut to scene 5]

Can you explain a relapse in uncultured yogurt but only occurring amongst Bronx thugs and dog groomers?

Like bubble wrap and eggplant.

DNA in a Spanish Muay Thai fighter crossed with an insect that only eats sugar sprinkled raisins.

Organize the organs said a “somewhat, obsessive-compulsive serial killer.”

Ration out geometric shapes and ferment the rhombuses.

Working a night shift and having to sneeze

                Achoo.

Fast metabolisms and fast pistol whips.

Combo #1, it comes with a soft drink and two entrees

                Like soup and salad

                           Or

Like bubble wrap and eggplant.

Bubble wrap and coke fizz, great juxtaposition. I like the loop thing you did in the connotations stanza, it's impactful of course and I could hear it go on and on like as in a speaker stuck on replay, or like an accusation from a guilty conscience, closing in. The queen bee line and the hen stanza were clever. Can hens really stare? Though I can picture them doing all of it, staring, digging, planting. There's a shade of humor in the personification. I hope their eggs grow into nice chicken trees, haha. "Organize the organs", love the wordplay here and I wonder what arrangement would satisfy the killer. It's a great piece!

This is refreshingly random and very fun to read. You're a character! Don't stop writing. :)
