The Laughter of a BirdA Poem by Gaston Villanuevaa bird with a distinct sense of humor
I laughed more than the bird did.
The height of a tree, At the taste of a breeze. I laughed more than the bird did. At a mispronounced whistle, The bug on a particular leaf. The bird laughed more than I did. The use of child labor, At the concept of currency. The bird laughed more than I did. At the release of pollution, The idea of superiority. The bird looked at me And we both laughed.
