Eating Healthy

Healthy food's the way to eat.

Gnaw those apples to the core.

Lettuce, tomatoes, no red meat,

Buying food at the Health Food Store.

Broccoli and cauliflower on my plate,

Skinless chicken and oven broiled fish,

I'm not just healthy, I'm losing weight

Cause there's no taters on my dish.

But it's awfully bland...not much taste,

A little more flavor could make me cheer up;

Needs something on it...quick..post haste,

Would somebody pass me the chocolate syrup?

This is fun to read and funny! It reminded me of growing up. My parents were very health conscious and we kids would steal and hide the sugar bowl under our beds. I don't have any suggestions, cause it's great the way it is. I enjoyed it. Try some brewer's yeast! LOL
