AnticipationA Poem by Glenna.I feel significantly creepy now.I search for you because I know you're hiding. You close your eyes Because you know I'm watching. Try and escape the rope I've tied. I highly doubt you can. I've knotted it with compliments and guilty thoughts- The kind that drill into memories and fill the air with insomnia. Don't be frustrated, babe. You did this to yourself. Accept it; embrace it. Things are working out better than expected. It's okay, honey. I can wait. Just stop squirming. STOP. SQUIRMING. You've made your mess a while ago. And finally, finally, your mess has made me. Don't worry about it, dear one. It won't be much longer... Tonight's gonna be a good night. © 2010 Glenna.Author's Note
