Yellow Keyboard

Yellow Keyboard

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

the button on the yellow keyboard

says abort transaction and

that only happens when extreme

measures must be taken, like

when the customer fails to

inform the cashier of the

order’s tax-exempt status once

the transaction has commenced,

and those events are few and

far between thankfully but

they do occur and will occur

despite the best of intentions,

s**t happens as the

bumper sticker says,

a*****e men knock up

confused women and

career-minded women

forget their birth control

sometimes and young kids

forget the protection and

sadists practice rape and

incest on innocent victims,

that is why the yellow

button is on the keyboard

because nature or God

or whatever is not exactly

nurturing to the human race,

and the human race falls

under the subset of nature

or God or whatever,

and when the dogmatically

high-minded try to tell the

victims of the events

mentioned beforehand

about how they should

save the unborn victims

from the people that

initiate these events,

they themselves don’t seem

to get the pain they are

causing the victims that

are breathing, sentient,

actually living unlike the

clump of uterine cells,

lots of potential energy

is wasted, most of it

through the natural

process of rejection,

so the dogmatic ones

can f**k off because

in the land of the free,

calling the hurt people

out amounts to idiot wind

blowing through tunnel ears,

they have the right to be

vocally retarded but the

hurt people have more of

a right to tell them to be

sodomized with sharp sticks,

the dogmatic ones should keep

the red tape over their mouths

because nature or God or

whatever is more genocidal

humankind could ever be,

the button may be yellow but it is

not the shade of cowardice after all

very interesting ending. I just enjoyed thoroughly the pace and rhythm throughout and it seemed to build into a frenzy!

Great poetry open the door to thoughts and questions. This poem did. You led me into may direction of sad and wrong deeds. So many powerful statements in this poem that could be discussed. Thank you for the outstanding poem.
