the incumbent re-elected,
so starts the new dejection,

as the debt balloons high
and so the culture dies
due to being sold out
by the elites in power,

no wonder the frustration
tastes warhead sour

even hours of Dylan
and Petty can't ease
this melancholy
since the time flow
determines the folly

a sine wave with a
period of four,

up and down so
the spirit is sore

and the election
between the fake
Mr. Smith and
the rubberstamp
roadblock has
yet to cake,

scab over into
brittle stone
that can be
smashed

into dust,

forgetting history is
the survivalist must,

it is right,

it is best,

it is just,

here there is no hope,

just a prison shower
with the fallen soap,

and we hang lifeless
on the shortened rope,

goodbye america,

2016 is already here,

that much is so
crystal clear

Thanks. The title is a reference to the 2016 documentary that Dinesh D'Souza made about what 4 more years of Obama could do to the USA. I am not optimistic about Obama's being reelected, which is what inspired this piece. I only see debt passed onto my children and grandchildren with him in office.

I am not either and did not vote for him. If for nothing else, fiscally we are in real trouble. I want to see that movie and also read "The Amatuer."

~ the television is on in the background and am waiting to hear Obama's acceptance speech... am sorry that you have to go through these excruciating emotions you've so poetically expressed... ~ the thing is that the inept are in power in my nation too and there's no way to replace them before 2014... hopefully, some other party will come to power then... but if that doesn't happen, then people will be disgusted with inept parties even more... no election result stops social awakening... real social evolution keeps taking place... i majored in history and that's what my time in college taught me...
