It

It

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

the exalted one comes and sits among the triad

who call upon it to take their stress away,

to have mercy on them for being

the imperfect specimens

that they are,

yet it comforts them

in their time of need since

it loves them all wholeheartedly,

it is the god of mercy, the god of love,

the merciful one, the benevolent one,

it is the healing one, it is the powerful one,

it is the succoring one, it is the omniscient one,

it loves all even when somebody hurts them,

he cares for all and the human response to the

tragedy shows this no matter the zip code

it is the sufficer

it is the healer

it is the abider

it is the abiding one

it is everywhere and anywhere,

coming to heal all from

the unit to the union,

the decade and the dozen,

the minor and the myriad,

the great and the gross,

the lost and the leading,

the towering and the trenchant,

the painful and the penniless,

no matter the affliction,

no matter the heartache,

no matter the scale of how

humankind is inhuman

to humankind

we are the imperfect specimens

begging for perfection to make

us more perfect that is why it

is turned to in the time of need

blessed is God,

the unity, the trinity,

the tunkashila, the unci,

the provider, the creator,

the caretaker, the physician,

the stress reliever, the stress tester,

the one, the only, the absolute, the infinite

be it exalted always
