one songwriter is lamented today
and yet another is still forgotten maybe he wasn’t the best performer in the quartet but without him, they’d be just another garage band in a decade full of them his death wasn’t glamorous, there’s some kind of romance to being gunned down as opposed to having your cells turn into tumors without your expressed, written consent who controls the narrative here? in this case I do since there is something in the way sun shines on the taxman that’s where my mindset is, it’s set on you © 2025 Kenneth The Poet |
