Liberty

Written in December '23

it’s hard to admit this when

the evidence says otherwise…

 

to express one’s self is the

very act of living itself,

the very act of being itself…

 

and that includes saying people

are sinful and saying people will

bow down at the end of time…

 

that’s liberty,

that’s freedoming

and that’s how it works…

 

and as much as it pains me

to say it, the people who

say the stuff above can

raise their children to

believe it as well…

 

because hypocrisy smells

like a landfill and a

septic tank combined…

 

seal on a bedsheet in a

world full of rule followers…

 

is teaching about sin abuse?

is not teaching about it abuse?

results may vary is the correct answer…

 

but the rearing of children

in a religious tradition is

considered an essential

component of religious freedom…

 

and it should remain that way

unless it becomes endangering

to the young…

 

but who decides that ultimately?

 

such is the conundrum for the

one who holds conflicting opinions…

 

the world may never know
