After All (Or All Along)

After All (Or All Along)

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

scouring and scourging

the depths within,

we find a vast well

of darkness and art

that humankind can

hold up proudly and

boast about loudly,

this is ours!

this is our

ultimate triumph!

a morality based

on our own preferences

and traditions, which

are nothing more than

petrified preferences,

and that may be

the point of

divine command

morality after all,

or all along.
