Till Tape Turbulence

Till Tape Turbulence

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

till tape serenade or
till tape turbulence,

depends on the moment
and the type of disturbance,

whether or not the floor is dead
or if the crowd makes a resurgence,

whether or not the open air preacher
talks about the Christian emergence,

whether or not this calendar year
is one of convergence,

whether or not this series of events
presents any divergence,

or if it's part of a pattern,
a relational recurrence,

just a sign of the species'
eternal submergence,

a negative serenade
called till tape turbulence,

just a song sheet with
lyrics about life insurance,

a consequence of their
viral endurance,

a creation of a
spiral disturbance,

and this maybe the year
of the conclusion,

or the fallout from
of a mass delusion,

either way it's a
state of confusion,

and that's why the aliens
still live in seclusion
