i'm a moonbat

a liberal in terms of my social beliefs

think globally, act locally

care for your fellow human

let love go beyond traditional bounds

let humankind pursue their own interests

let humankind keep the weapons locked away

let love be the real buzzword

let love produce the buzz

let love produce the fuel that produces the buzz

i'm a moonbat high on that principle

support the people and not the war machine

support a moderate defense

be not the cops that patrol the world

be not the builders of inorganic democracy

let the socialists be socialists

let the communists be communists

let the capitalists be capitalists

let the environmentalists be environmentalists

let the anarchists be anarchists

let the atheists be atheists

let the religious be religious

let all people live without fear of rejection

this is my moonbat philosophy

let it be so

Moonbat is a derogatory term for anybody that holds a liberal political philosophy. I say we embrace it. As far I'm concerned, it's a cool nickname.

I enjoy poetry that takes a position, especially one that preaches tolerance, even if this tolerance leads to the acceptance of very different moral positions.
