Yearn To Learn

Yearn To Learn

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

proven absolutely wrong with logic and reason theoretically
denounced as a heretic and burned at the stake theologically
outright murdered as a concept in other words
and yet this species will still hype the s**t out of it
but the caveat of reality splinters the idealism widely
and wildly in a billion directions

love is sticking by one for the long haul
and not vacillating between several poles at once

that is what adults should hunger for
and children should yearn to learn about
