Heart Failure

Don’t ever give your heart to someone.

Because if they break it,

You’ll never be whole again,

For it will be a broken thing that is meant to keep you alive,

And sometimes

 

   It fails.

Nice way of situating the two last words as i read this poem i was like,'that's it?' and then when i looked across it gave me a complete understanding.Being in love is a wonderful thing and then getting your heart broken is another which will never be the same. Love hurts. Amazing write :)
