At night when I try to sleep, your name runs through my thoughts,

Your softness, your smile, your eyes are refreshing and new,

You give me comfort like I've never known before,

You are my breath, the air that gives me life.

You are the echoes across the breeze, the whispers in my heart,

You are the faith, hope, and peace that resides in my soul,

You showed me the light of a new tomorrow and how to survive today,

You showed me what a true best friend is - you showed me how to love,

You taught me how to experience my emotions, taught me compassion.

You are the one, you make me whole, you are my living, breathing - angel,

You are my reassurance, you are my reason to care in a dismal world,

You are my past, my future - you are my home, you complete me,

You are my words, you have been and remain still my inspiration....
