Stare down depths 

of light-rayed world

where staring eyes

return in swirls

swimming 'neath

the bottom boat

content to swim

and be remote.

Ever wonder 

how it is

that ice can float

and fish can swim?

suspended in

mid air it seems

if upside down

and fish you'd be.

i would probably be a fish that sunk...

but yes that whole idea of suspension within the depths of the ocean....and there is wonder in how it all works.
