Night time

We all long for sleep. We all need rest

Laying in bed all curled up 

The sounds of dizzy sleep are nearby

Warm and soft 

A comfortable night from busy day 

Relax your safe under the covers 

Breathe softly 

You're okay 

Rest now my dear

Dreams of lands far away and new days 

Together.

Coolness. I would actually use this excellent poem as a nursery rhyme to see if it coaxed children to sleep any easier.
I have a feeling it might, the way you give voice to the warm creature comforts of being safe under the covers. And you did this so well.
