What Can I DoA Poem by Isabelle Faye This is something I wrote in less than three minutes about something that's been bothering me lately. What can I do, When everything I like reminds me of bad memories?
What can I do, When I can’t escape the experience?
What can I do, When I want nothing more to forget, But I can’t?
What can I do, When I can’t go a day without remembering it?
What can I do, When time isn’t healing the scars?
What can I do, When there’s only one thing in my life that keeps me fighting?
What can I do, If one day the person won’t be there?
