This is a great poem because it's raw. If this is based off of true life, I'm sorry that this happened to you. I myself have gone through some dramatic circumstances, so don't forget that you can overcome (:
Okay, onwards to poem review :P There's only two errors I see, but possibly you did them on purpose. I don't think "I don't want to be so hurt" makes since as I line, maybe "I don't want to be hurt"? And "Why you make me fall apart?" could be changed to "Why would you make me fall apart?", "How could you make me fall apart?" etc etc.
Other than that, however, this is great. It's emotionally charged and emotional. Keep writing more poems so I can read more (:

yea i kinda notice the errors but they was not on purpose i posted the poem before i could fix them so yea... thank u alot i really want to be a writer one day and i was scared no one will like my poems but this really makes me happy lol... i will keep writing more poems and thank u again
