Don't Accept The Abuse

ABUSE ISN'T EASY TO DEAL WITH BUT IT'S NOT EASY TO WALK AWAY. THE BEST THNG TO DO IS GET THE STRENGTH TO WALK AWAY. NO ONE OR SITUATION IS WORTH THE PAIN. ABUSE END RESULT IS DEATH.

Them scars all over your body can't be hidden,
I can see the pain you're dealing with,
He tries to control you,
He ain't comfortable with himself,
So he takes his insecurities out on you,
Slapping on you,
Beating on you,
Mentally, Emotionally, Physically abusing you.

It's never easy to walk away but it's necessary,
Relationships like these only have two outcomes,
Scarred for life or death,
If you come out alive you'll never be the same,
Everything about you will change,
That pain and trauma is traumatizing.

It's not easy to tell your family and friends,
But it's better to ask for help when you need it,
Rather than not asking for help,
The outcome of not asking will leave you dead,
Death ain't worth the price of protecting them,
Kill them before they kill you,
You ain't doing nothing wrong,
You're protecting yourself not harming yourself.

Those tears you’re shedding,
That blood dripping runs deeper than you think,
The pain won't end until you put an end to it,
Strike back and take your power back,
You're not weak but you're human,
Letting your guard down left you blank.
