A Poem by Grace Lee

 Breath

Breathe deep

meditate

body torn asunder

fragmented by too many burdens

Breathe deep

my heart races

mind agitates

running backwards

here, there, nowhere

Breathe deep

commitments overwhelm

pulse races

incidents to befall

Breathe deep

yoga positions

soft gong music

Namaste

Well, that was quick..lol. Taking the rhythm and punch in every line, I find a strange, creative wandering on a path that seems to breathe wherever it needs, finds its home in a soothing kind and somewhat hovering pace...in other words, well done and then some~

I find this compact and concise. Very relatable. A short journey, moving through states as you bring yourself back towards wholeness. Namaste indeed....

This captures the frenetic nature of most human lives.
Life’s carousel of activities never stops, but we must be intentional about catching our breath from time to time.

So thoughtful
Ah the breath......

Nature's antidote to the strains of modern life.......:)

So you meditate? Namaste to you my friend....

Only by accepting and finding peace in ourselves can we find true happiness in life...
