A Poem by Rachel DeHart
"

A poem for Albert's Poetry Cafe ~ Advanced 10/40 words with Tovli !

"
My lungs fill with her perfume,
the splendid presence of her with me
in oblivion, something purer than the cleanest
glass, more beautiful than the sky. Only
with her am I serene, when her two merciful eyes
stare into mine.
