Newly Single.

A poem speaking on feeling lost in the world after losing love.

The feeling has come and gone. Love once bountiful now resides in hindsight

A burden that healed wounds it created

Letting go suffocates and holding on asphyxiates

To embark again is a paradox

Like opening a lidless box

How can you rediscover something never lost?
