Por Amour

I desire
to hold her tender soft hands
intertwined and locked in mine.

I yearn
to feel her cherubic warmth
calming down my frayed nerves.

I wish
to curl up, releasing myself

in the comforts of her cozy lap.

I crave
to be lulled by her dulcet tune
interspersed with her deep breaths.

I long
to be enamoured, before the epilogue
finally draws her away from me..
