59. A Promise

It will be worth it.

At the first sign of defeat

You raise your white flag

When you reach the first obstacle

You just turn around

Well, I'll make you a promise

One with only one catch

I'll never give up on you

If you never give up on yourself

I know this road is rough

I've been down it a hundred times

There were times I was tempted to quit

But I found the strength to carry on

I know you can do it too

I'll always be right by your side

Sometimes you may trip and stumble

But I'll help you get back up

When you come to your first obstacle

Don't just turn around

When it seems there's no point in going on

Think about all you have to gain

So I'll make you a promise today

One with only one catch

As long as you always try your best

You'll never come in last
