79. Don't Say No

Is it sick to want him?

Put on a brave face

Lie through your teeth

When she asks you if it’s okay

Whatever you do

Just don’t say no

 

Put on that smile

The one that’s almost convincing

Jokingly tell them to kiss

Because at least while you’re watching

You can pretend it’s you

Secretly pray that they break up

That she’ll break his heart

So that you can catch the rebound

Because nothing would feel better

Than to take her place

 

But for now just put on a brave face

Put on that smile

And when she asks you if it’s okay

Whatever you do

Just don’t say no
