83. Shattered Dreams

All I'll ever have.

Shattered dreams

Facing reality

He doesn’t want me

He never loved me

           

Waiting for him

To come around

To change his mind

Is a hopeless waste of time

Broken hearts

Facing him every weekend

He hates me now

He thinks I hate him

 

Waiting for him

To apologize

To tell me he misses me

He can’t live without me

 

Wishing he would

Forget all the reasons

He’d run away

In the first place

 

Wishing he’d stayed

Tried to work it out

With me

With us

 

Now all I have is shattered dreams

And facing reality

I still want him

But he ran away
