True story.

I'm still haunted by his words

So casually put

He is the definition

Of too much information

Now I'm a pretty sensitive girl

And I feel bad when I see others cry

But there was something about him

Something just plain strange

I was alone and afraid

Terrified that he could snap

Staring down at the panic button

Praying he would just leave

I could see myself reflected

In his dark sunglasses

Worn inside

It bothered me that I couldn't see his eyes

His calm demeanor

Didn't match what he was saying

He started to get angry
And I didn't know what to do

I'm still haunted by his words

So casually put
I'd never been so scared

Of anyone
