Tuck Me In Tonight

I want you to hold me

This one last time

I want you to rock me

In my grandma's rocking chair

and tuck me in tonight

and pretend everything's alright

I want you to comfort me

Wipe away the tears

I want you to love me

Make me safe and warm

and tuck me in tonight

and pretend everything's alright

I want you to protect me

Be my shining knight

I want you to be there

When I need you most

but you won't tuck me in tonight

because nothing is alright
