I Bid You Farewell And GoodbyeA Poem by kelvin
Our hearts cry as we mourn in sadness.
But death in its essence is its own form of madness. A thousand tissues wiping the leakage of our eye's issues cant ease the path of pain that flows through our hearts any less. From a man, a man we loved dearly being laid to his rest. Go home, be at peace, no more pain or struggle for you, as we lay you to your rest. In the best home you could ever have between the arms lying peacefully in our Christ and Savior's chest. We sob, smile, as well as laugh, and cry while we look in Gods blue sky. Its sad while thinking of the times we all shared the good and even the bad. I smile so big from ear to ear it sparkles bright just as like in a rainbow. As I hear his voice in my ear gently saying "don't let one monkey stop the show". I give you a kiss goodbye, and a box of your favorite items as I bid you farewell on journey to God. © 2012 kelvinAuthor's Note
