The whispered sweet & sour taste,
        of smoky bottled kiss.
The perfect feel of silken flowing
        drifts upon our lips.
A tingle, smooth and sliding feel
        burn drifting down our throat.
A glass of rocks, all empty
        sure, slow reaching for our coat.

This is so good. It's funny - I've tried so many times to write the perfect whisky poem, and never nailed it as well as you just have. The structure and word choices are so deliciously evocative; I can nearly taste them running down my throat.
