You will not feel uncomfortable

My smile will enlighten you

As my hugs and kisses will make you warm

There's no other place

That you can find this feeling

But here in my arms

The poem is written in free verse format . Dhaye I didnt see any metaphors here . You are telling us in plain language . Show us what you are saying by adding some metaphors .

You didn't notice the rhyming at the end of the verse? The style is...each verse is just a line if written in another format like in couplets...

I know it is a light poem...just a light one when I woke up one day being inspired from all the positiveness around me. But will try to add something...

Ok I see it now . In the rhyming style. Metaphors is not really needed.

But I would like to see you experiment on metaphors. You have been using rhyme for the longest. I have used this too when I tried creating a piece " The Lonely Sparrow " Then I saw about the big buzz about free verse. I thought it was impossible to use it given my poor english. Then I study the style of Elisa Laura and Kalypso. They are natural free verse writer.
