Confusion

It is okay to not be okay

A myriad of questions
A bunch of concerns
A lot of sleepless nights
I lost my independence
Incapability broke my belief
But somehow He showed me
The reasons and the ways
To accept the situation
To embrace my condition
And suddenly I found it again
That voice within
Fighting all the ugly thoughts
that tend to break me.
I should not be confused
I am capable.

This was written on 2022 when I had an accident.
I am okay now.

This could apply to several situations which makes it universal. And I agree it is okay to be not okay...so many people refuse to admit they are not okay and then something really bad happens.
Really strong poem, and it is so good to see you around again and read you.
