Escape from the asylum

Escape from the asylum

A Poem by Dread Solomon
"

poetry...

"
Fresh air,
gunfire,
the smell of rust,
a man lifeless on the sidewalk,
I, with a Colt still smoking,
grimaced in the gloom,
gratified by the gore,
glad nonetheless,
to greet freedom from the asylum,
for years that I called home,
with a little murder before breakfast...

This has a creepy feel, and twisted. Good visuals, and
word usage. The ending....makes you wonder what else
could happen or do we really want to know.

I liked it, I don't know how to explain it but I feel it could have flowed a little better
