Angel Michael

Angel Michael

A Poem by heido

There was a time

I remember standing in the wind

Letting it lift my soul

My feet rooted to an endless earth

Your sweetened words

My wine

A drunk love

Tangible in the distance

My Angel Michael

Like all Angels

You have found better places to be

The grass turned brown

The wind becomes a whistling

A tedious sound that signals my arrival

I am decrepade

I am forsaken

I am lost

I am left and leaving

I am the exspance between A and B

I am the lovely

I am the benevolent

I am all that I am

I am that which I hate

I am that which I love

Least of all I wish to die

I want for everything

I hope for a still surrender

Fate it seems

Knows it's my turn

I liked coming back to read this again!

I very much enjoyed this. I didn't completely understand it, but I have several theories. It through me all over the place. That is why this is an excellent poem; because I don't know exactly what you mean but it is clear enough to keep the reader in. Job well done.

I'm a little on the neurotic side, and you may think I know exactly how this goes but I can assure your following the lost. I couldn't find my way, so I made my own, which isn't right but it's all I.. more..
