The Creation

I sit here in virtual and see what you have created.
You have taken ones and zeros and made them almost tangible.

I see you stand there among it all.
Your mind mixed and mixes the data.

I sense the power of creation.
Your hands set the patterns.

I know you will constantly change it.
You tweak and move each minutia.

How fragile all this is I know.
You fume at the powers above that wreck your creation.

I exit to the real, and I see what you have created.
You took nothingness and made it into light.

I see you stand there above it all.
Your mind plucked and plucks the waves of light.

I sense the power of creation.
Your hands have formed the tendencies.

I know you will constantly change it.
You vibrate each packet in response to what I can nearly feel.

How fragile and transient this existence is I know.
You are the power above that allows the dissonance.

Thank you for reading and reviewing this poem. You are correct the first half is about a creative person designing and making objects in a virtual world. The second half is about what we call reality and its creation.

Yes, you are right. Surface is about a virtual world creator who creates objects that exist only digitally. However, as you say relates to the real universe.
