Perspective

I've been feeling pretty down lately, so Im trying to fake my happiness until it comes true... PLEASE READ!! :)

When it feels that things can't get worse
Things are never as bad as they seem
Life is not such a terrible curse
Without even perspective
With memory, selective
Things tend to look more extreme
Finding balance is key
If you listen to me
And keep this in mind
I promise you'll see
That soon you will find
On both sides the grass can be green
