The Journey

 

As I set out on this journey

To find all that anyone could ever want

I am constantly reminded

Of all the pain

I have held in my heart

 

Through the sorrow

I continue to fight

I hold onto hope

That one day

My heart will be whole

 

Though the journey may be long

And full of torment

By the end it’s worth it

To find the one true love

That’s all I could ever want.

This is a wonderful plea and someday it will be answered. It is always almost everyones dilemma at one time. It is always wonderful to see one so young writing poetry.
