wrote this when I was really down and out..

I just sent the text.
Gotta work fast.

Step 1-Slipping the rope around my neck.

Step 2-Jumping
                Whiplash
                       Neck Snaps
                               Body Sways
  Feet Flailing
          Silence and Stopping.

 

Step 3-Wait

Step 4-Only the note would be able to explain.

No one deserves to feel this bad i hope you dont have depression because that i have been told is extremely bad.

I know talking wont fix anything i know i probably cant help although i wish i could.

depression isn't extremely bad, I do suffer from it, but it just is exhausting that's it, it's hard to explain...writing is how I release my emotions and how I feel, it's the truth.
