Every Blade of Grass Has a Name

When I go into a field in the middle of nowhere, I am stunned by the beauty of the field’s seemingly endless greenery. To me, green signifies life and vibrancy so the field to me is alive and full of energy. A field is full of blades of grass and I am amazed by how the field can be so beautiful yet meaningful in a superficial way. Every blade of grass is different and can be named. While some may just see a field of grass as something to step on, I see it differently. I see the field as something that represents life, love, and liberty. A field makes me feel very clean and cleanses the dirtiness that everyday life pours onto us. A field is very beautiful and makes me feel cherished. 

When I say that every blade of grass has a name, I mean that life to me is very precious, more precious than what people normally think. Grass is beautiful yet discrete in that it is made up of blades of grass. Each blade of grass has a name, and to me each blade of grass is unique, special. I hope you gain a different perspective on how beautiful and precious life is, including you.
