Tea Tropica

     Elliot Zainer loved Grapefruit Bubble Tea. He went to the mall and bought some at the bubble tea store, Tea Tropica. It cost him about ten dollars but was worth it, in his opinion. Grapefruit Bubble Tea to him tasted like a mixture between grapefruit and sugar, which made it very addictive. Elliot loved buying the tea for himself because it made him feel good and also relaxed his nerves after a long and difficult day at work. When he drank the tea, he felt so invigorated. He loved buying Grapefruit Bubble Tea. It was one of his favorites.

     When he got home from a day at the mall, he would take off his shoes and relax and watch some television where he would watch the news and as usual be disappointed with the misfortunes and tragedies of other people. Although the news was disappointing, it reminded him of how difficult life was for other people and that it was important to not be overly happy about anything. The news was a somber reminder that human life is overall quite difficult. Elliot loved drinking Grapefruit Bubble Tea because it was like the antidote of a day of sadness, composed of work and hardship. Grapefruit Bubble Tea made him feel like a winner, interestingly enough. 

     When he woke up, he went downstairs and went to the front door where he got the newspaper and went to the car and drove to the mall, again. It was time to see who was at Tea Tropica, because it was always an interesting bunch of people who shopped at that store. When he went to that store that day, he found a woman buying some banana-flavored bubble tea and leaving with a smile. He loved going to Tea Tropica because the people who shopped there were like him, zany and isolated. He went up to the cashier and said, “May I have some grapefruit flavor, please?” He paid the cashier five dollars and got a pint of his favorite drink. He left the store and went back home where he drank his tea and again felt like he had just won the lottery. He absolutely loved Tea Tropica and found its customers to be very supportive of the store. Never before had a drink been so important to a person’s livelihood. Elliot loved Grapefruit Bubble Tea for its addictive flavor and cheap price.
