Manny Skayton’s Job

Manny Skayton was a rather kind, humble, positive, upbeat, and understanding person. He loved to help others and was generous when it came to donating to charity. He loved to try to understand others rather than judge them because of his loving personality. Manny believed that it was imperative that people in Reading, Indiana, his hometown, get basic education, water, food, and gas. Manny loved to work hard and his personal philosophy on life was that it was important to work to develop virtues such as honesty, kindness, compassion, and love. He thought hard work and working hard were two important qualities of a person’s existence. Manny Skayton loved to work because of the sense of completion he got when he finished a day’s worth of work. Manny Skayton thought his job was important not only to himself but to others as well. He appreciated having a job and being part of the economy.

Manny was a business project manager at Reading Mutual and helped the firm grow in terms of size, clout, and revenue. His mantra on working there was “more work, more money, and more love”, so working at Reading Mutual was important not only because of Manny’s expenses, but also because of his philosophy on life. Being a business project manager was tiring but also rewarding because it taught Manny how to interact with others, help others, and understand others. So although it was exhausting having to work there eight hours per day, it was also comforting because of the friends he had there and the financial and morale boost he got after being there. As a business project manager, Manny loved to create slideshows, presentations, and writings that detailed what he did to help Reading Mutual become what it is today. Manny loved to work because it made him stronger, more understanding, more diligent, and tougher. Manny thought working at Reading Mutual made him a better person year by year. So although it was tiring, it was also beneficial for his personal and financial goals. 

A day at work at Reading Mutual involved talking to the boss, Mr. Hallway, going to office, and preparing slideshows. Manny was fairly good at making slideshows because of his excellent computer skills and diligent personality. He loved creating new things, new ideas, and ways to present them in an innovative way. Manny also thought his job was extremely rewarding because it taught Manny how to become more confident when speaking in front of others. Manny became more confident and as a result became less fearful of strangers. So not only did his job improve his computer skills but it also improved his personal skills, too. Being a financial project manager at Reading Mutual meant that Manny had to understand how to work a word processor, slideshow processor, and also know how to present his ideas in front of a large audience. His job at Reading Mutual involved long hours, lots of mental work, and fearlessness of speaking in front of others. He loved his job at Reading Mutual. Plus, there were free donuts and coffee.
