How to listen to the voice of God - During times of silence, sometimes I sit and wait in my computer chair and just breathe. During these times of quiet and peace, I try to listen for the voice of God. God to me is the transcendent spirit being who is omnipotent who can do anything who knows everything about everyone on Earth. God is the transcendent spirit being who loves each and every one of us because he made us. God speaks to us through our hearts and tries to make himself known even though we cannot directly see him. God is the transcendent yet immanent spiritual entity who loves us with all his might. To listen to God’s voice, you just have to sit and wait and listen. When you hear something like “I love you” or “You are worthy” you know it’s God’s voice. I really love being able to listen to God and enjoy his gift of peace and love and feel like I’m worth something and that I can enjoy a fruitful relationship with him. Listening to God’s voice is extremely important because with it we can hear everything he says, and do what he wants us to do. Listening to God’s voice can change you life for the better. God wants us to succeed, not fail.
